THE BRANDY LANE PROMISE

If I were asked to describe Brandy Lane Homes in two words, I’d say, quality and affordability. Along with our unrelenting promise to deliver excellence, my team and I take great pride in creating complete private communities that standout.

Design plays an important role in this pursuit. Whether it’s a luxury condominium in the city or a four-season development, our communities are designed to complement their surroundings and the lives of our homeowners. Self-contained, beautifully landscaped with private year-round amenities, Wyldewood Creek exemplifi es everything we stand for.

I’ve always believed ‘the good life’ isn’t reserved for the 1%. Everyone, should and must, be able to live their dreams. And that’s why Brandy Lane focuses on affordability. Once again with good design, we make this real. Take Wyldewood Creek, with independent entrances, every suite here feels more like a free-standing home. This absence of corridors reduces common area and infrastructure costs, resulting in big savings for our homeowners.

We opened our first Wyldewood community in Collingwood in 2012 and have been able to ensure stable fees from day one. By doing so, we’ve been successful in providing our clients, a more affordable investment.

COLLINGWOOD 101

Between the world’s largest freshwater beach and some of the Ontario’s best ski slopes sits Collingwood. A town that proudly proclaims, “A Place to Live, Work and Play.” Once known for its railway and shipping industries, Collingwood today is a four-season playground. Rich in history, culture, and nature, excitement resides in every corner of this picturesque town.

With Georgian Bay and Blue Mountain at its doorstep, its unmatched location makes it a haven for the outdoorsy kinds. In fact, the town has 72 km of trail systems. No matter the season, between the skiers and mountain bikers, hot cider, and chilled rosé, kayakers and golfers, Collingwood is alive 365 days.

While nature plays a starring role, this town is also home to a lively downtown. Filled with quaint stores, pretty cafés and restaurants and a vibrant art scene in Simcoe County. Every summer, the world-famous Elvis Festival has residents, tourists, and day-trippers rocking to the King of Rock and Roll. From cultural events to year-round outdoor activities, there’s never a dull moment in Collingwood.
