October 2020

Wyldewood Creek’s doors are once again open. With all the safety protocols in place, we are ready to help you live your best life. And that brings me to the question that is on all our minds. Where do we want to live in this changed world?

Now that our homes are the centre of our universe, we can expand our horizons. We can choose the life we’ve always wanted. Away from the city, in the midst of nature, close to the lake, the mountains and forests. A life that no longer revolves just around work, commuting, meetings. But includes skiing, sailing, playing golf, going for long walks, spending time with family… every day.

Wyldewood Creek offers all that and more. This private enclave in beautiful Collingwood is designed for four seasons living. An intimate condominium community, Wyldewood Creek is nestled between the fairways of the Cranberry Golf Course and protected lush greenspace. Minutes from the ski hills of Blue Mountain, sparkling waters of Georgian Bay, bike and walking trails…, life here is simply magical.

What makes this more enticing are Wyldewood Creek’s affordable and spacious suites. We have a limited number of suites still available. If this is your dream life, act now. Contact Wendi Keen to book your virtual or in-person appointment. Call 416-618-1976 or email [email protected]

If I were asked to describe Brandy Lane Homes in two words, I’d say, quality and affordability. Along with our unrelenting promise to deliver excellence, my team and I take great pride in creating complete private communities that standout.

Design plays an important role in this pursuit. Whether it’s a luxury condominium in the city or a four-season development, our communities are designed to complement their surroundings and the lives of our homeowners. Self-contained, beautifully landscaped with private year-round amenities, Wyldewood Creek exemplifi es everything we stand for.

I’ve always believed ‘the good life’ isn’t reserved for the 1%. Everyone, should and must, be able to live their dreams. And that’s why Brandy Lane focuses on affordability. Once again with good design, we make this real. Take Wyldewood Creek, with independent entrances, every suite here feels more like a free-standing home. This absence of corridors reduces common area and infrastructure costs, resulting in big savings for our homeowners.

We opened our first Wyldewood community in Collingwood in 2012 and have been able to ensure stable fees from day one. By doing so, we’ve been successful in providing our clients, a more affordable investment.

Between the world’s largest freshwater beach and some of the Ontario’s best ski slopes sits Collingwood. A town that proudly proclaims, “A Place to Live, Work and Play.” Once known for its railway and shipping industries, Collingwood today is a four-season playground. Rich in history, culture, and nature, excitement resides in every corner of this picturesque town.

With Georgian Bay and Blue Mountain at its doorstep, its unmatched location makes it a haven for the outdoorsy kinds. In fact, the town has 72 km of trail systems. No matter the season, between the skiers and mountain bikers, hot cider, and chilled rosé, kayakers and golfers, Collingwood is alive 365 days.

While nature plays a starring role, this town is also home to a lively downtown. Filled with quaint stores, pretty cafés and restaurants and a vibrant art scene in Simcoe County. Every summer, the world-famous Elvis Festival has residents, tourists, and day-trippers rocking to the King of Rock and Roll. From cultural events to year-round outdoor activities, there’s never a dull moment in Collingwood.

The Great Outdoors
  • Scenic Caves Nature Adventures: Located near the BlueMountain resort, this is a family-friendly destination. Dating back 450 million years, it offers year-round unique adventures.
  • Sunset Point Park: This an iconic Collingwood waterfront location. Like the name suggests a great place to view the setting sun over Nottawasaga Bay.
  • Georgian Trail: Founded in 1989, the trail is a linear park, a ribbon of green that travels from Collingwood, through the village of Thornbury to the Town of Meaford. It follows the route of the original Northern Railway along the southern shore of Georgian Bay. Great for hiking, walking, cycling, cross country skiing and snowshoeing.
  • Millennium Park: In downtown Collingwood, right on the waterfront, the park offers magnificent views of Collingwood Harbour and the ski hill of Blue Mountain.

“It was love at fi rst sight. We had fallen in love with the Wyldewood communities even before we’d bought our own place. The fi rst time we experienced Wyldewood, was at a friend’s place. We were so taken in by their home and the community that we decided to buy our own at Wyldewood Creek.

Might the future take us to Collingwood full time, who knows? But having the next generation close by, it will certainly add to a lifestyle fi lled with family and friends, enjoying four-season indoor and outdoor living, activities and fun.

Thank you, David, and ‘Team Brandy Lane’ for building Wyldewood Communities.”

A Sizzling Summer Weekend at Wyldewood Creek.

Our Summer Sizzler Sales Event was a huge success. It was well attended. Many old and new friends of Brandy Lane dropped in to see and experience our latest project, Wyldewood Creek. The sun, great food by Collingwood’s very own Gustav Chophouse, cold delights by Collingwood Ice Cream and live music made for a wonderful summer afternoon. New friendships were made, and everyone had an opportunity to learn about more about the incredible Wyldewood Creek community.
